CONSTRUCTION DESIGN & MANAGEMENT CO-ORDINATION
|
Rush Construction Services Limited has provided a CDM Planning Supervisor (CDM Co-ordinator) Service to the gas and utilities industry generally, mainly in the South of England, since the inception of the Construction Design and Management Regulations in 1994, and is currently carrying out this role for a number of clients under the new CDM Regulations (April 2007). This service is often combined with regular Health and Safety Site Audits to ensure compliance, which are carried out by a qualified Health and Safety Practitioner.
Throughout our first 20 years, R.C.S concentrated on the piped utility industry with key staff having an average of 35 years full-time experience in this field. With our background in the pipeline industry, we continue to offer clients the reassurance of a focussed, independent and knowledgeable expertise, with improved communications and control of projects from both CDM and management engineering aspects.

 |
| Allied to our design capability, Feasibility Studies are undertaken - complete with budget estimate, mechanical/civil/pipeline design, route selection, environmental and archaeological studies to Level 1, materials specification and quantity take-offs. Many successful projects have been carried out for National Grid, Scotia Gas Networks, Wales and West Utilities and utilities contractors.
This early involvement, with appropriately experienced CDM Co-ordinator (formerly Planning Supervisor) input, leads to benefits in the detailed design and construction phases of a project.
We strive to be the “One-Stop Shop” for the UK Onshore Industry.
