Bob Rush (Head Office)

Bob formed Rush Construction Services in 1988, to provide a competitive quantity surveying and cost control service to clients administering piped utility contracts. With over 35 years experience in the petrochemical, cross-country, and urban pipeline construction industries, he has undertaken Project Management, CDM Co-ordinator (formerly Planning Supervisor) and Senior Quantity Surveying roles. Bob is RCS Co-Director with Management responsibility for Contract Administration, CDM, Quantity Surveying and Cost Control disciplines.

Dave Tapper (Sussex)

Dave joined Bob as Co-Director with a remit to provide a full design and project management service to complement those services provided by Bob. With over 35 years wide-ranging engineering experience within British Gas, he has successfully undertaken Design, Supervision and Project Management roles associated with the UK Gas Supply Network. Dave is RCS Co-Director with Management responsibility for Project Management, Health, Safety and Environmental disciplines.

Tony Ironside (Hampshire)

Tony became a Director in January 2008. He originally joined RCS in 2005 as Gas Engineering Manager. Prior to this, he had over 16 years working experience within the UK Gas Industry. His primary discipline is Mechanical Engineering, including design-related pipeline and gas plant engineering. In the role of Lead Engineer, he has managed multi-disciplinary design works and undertaken on-site project engineering/management, dealing with major / non-routine construction works on the UK Gas Supply System. His operational experience includes management of local high pressure transmission system operations on the UK Gas Supply System. Tony is Co-Director with management responsibility for Design.
